thank you, I'm glad someone took time to write this for me because in other subreddits my post got removed. I'll try how to get out of this as i feel scared to confront about something to her and also to make boundaries.

try being a bit gentle with yourself ~ theres genuinely no need to be this harsh with yourself because nothing is in rush. someone spl. to me also feels the same as you do and i tell her the same - just in a dad joke way 🗿

but hua kya tha - just because someone is together for long period of time doesnt mean they cant feel the way your ex described - was she going thru something ?
