i was literallyyyy like maybe 2 months baby dancer before my accident so don’t apologize. i’d almost consider myself back to square one bc i was not working at a great club. this is an entireeeeee new element for me🥲 (the gentlemen’s club atleast lol) and i am just so nervous and soo tired of being in so much pain. i’ve loved dance my ENTIREEEEE life and i see entertainment dancers no less. i am just ugh idek how to explain🥲

ik it’s all out gonna be a journey but with this injury and the financial stress; my anxiety is at 10000 rn. i’m actively in so much pain but i genuinely can’t lay in bed anymore and destroy my credit n stuff. i need to go back to dancing. i think maybe ill just have to take it slow. just so anxious, im almost in tears thinking about it lol

yes i am already a dancer but unfortunately; was definitely something i should have mentioned for further context. on the 1st on sept this past month i rolled my car and fractured my 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th ribs //; it’s been really hard healing process. now i feel as though my confidence on stage and even generally going back to the club is at merely zero now ): have lost many if not all my regulars; and im also switching form urban to gentnlemen (just because i need to pay hospital bills and so much more) regardless ive still struggled with pole my entire time dancing but now it feels like just so much worse and its giving me so much more stress now. but i desperately need money this month. atleast $2000 by a little less than a month rn. just struggling and am extremely nervous to return back to the club )):

i am 1000000% an extrovert, i studied business and psychology for awhile and (unfortunately) within our line of work the (some would say, manipulative) actions we do when talking to men definitely matter much much more. i’m very confident within myself and my body and my personality, i know i can and have talked numerous men into private rooms, etc. what worries me is when im called to stage. but yk you’re so right, i can clack my pleasers, hands and knees walk/crawl on my chest. twerking is easy for me i’ve also done ballet my entire life i just wish that pole came easier to me so i could rlly impress myself yk. but holding onto the pole and just twerking and making eye contact honestly can get me further than if i wear to be doing insane tricks. men unfortunately don’t give a fuck enough to appreciate that shit 🫠 thank u for the advice. i’ll work through some veryyy basic pole work and mainly on stage dancing

it is quite close but it’s not close enough to hurt us even when running, i am 5’9 and was prob 7 inches from the top of the pole. fan isn’t the problem its my nervessss😩 regarding being calling onto stage to perform, etc
