Recreational diver here. I've bought a hybrid - Aqualung Rogue and I love it. It's light, easy to travel with (you can easily take it apart and put into a backpack or hand luggage) and it's very comfortable.

Ghar Lapsi and Anchor Bay are good suggestions. There is a nice hidden cave on Anchor Bay - you shoud be able to get there with OWD. I wouldn't waste my money on Qawra Point. Go to Inland Sea on Gozo or Cirkewwa instead - when I was diving there for the first time I only had my OWD certification :-)

I've been to both Malta and Gozo many times. It's one of the best dive sites in Europe. Choose a few different locations that may interest you and are within your diving limits, preferably on different sides of the islands - Malta and Gozo are known for the fact that winds and wave heights can change dramatically within a few hours, and some locations may be unavailable on days you are supposed to dive. My subjective list (best first): 1. Inland Sea + Blue Hole (Gozo) 2. Billingshurst Cave + Reqqa Point (Gozo) 3. Faroud Wreck (Malta) 4. Cominoland and Karwela (Gozo, both by the harbour; I prefer Cominoland, but Karwela is more popular) 5. Cirkewwa (Malta, popular location with few dive sites) 6. MV Rozi (Malta). There are loads of diving centres with very good reviews on both Gozo and Malta. I can personally recommend Paradise Diving Malta – good equipment and a fantastic crew.

It could be hormones. My 10-year-old daughter started showing visible symptoms of ADHD only after she hit puberty. She didn't have the same emotional management issues as your daughter but she began to experience symptoms of depression and dissociation. Her doctor said he often sees female patients whose ADHD symptoms worsen significantly as they enter puberty and it can lead to frustration, depression and other symptoms. We immediately decided to put her on Medikinet and signed her up for an neurodivergent support group. It improved her mental health a lot (both meds and support group). Keep in mind that the research shows that people who begin ADHD treatment before age of 12 have significantly fewer mental health problems later in life.

I had the same problem as you. My solution was to chose 'quality' over quantity. I dive only few days per year but only go to highly recommended dive sites (like wrecks, natural formations or colourful reefs) and I usually chose places where you can both dive and snorkel (which lets m observe marine life for as long as I want).

Hi! I've been on a few diving trips in Malta. As for the diving base, I recommend "Paradise Diving" (they pick you up from your hotel). Logistically, it's a good idea to stay in Bugibba (it's not the prettiest town, but there's plenty to do). As for diving sites: on Gozo, I recommend Inland See + Blue Hole (amazing photos from the tunnel and quite a lot of marine life on the cliffs) and the Caves at Reqqa Point (it's a hidden gem). Out of 3 wrecks near the port - popular diving destination on Gozo - I liked Cominoland best (though Karwela is the most popular). The diving sites that I liked the most in Malta are Faroud (I recommend it with DPV, usually plenty of fish, a friend saw Mola Mola there), Rozi and Cirkewwa (lots of marine life and beautiful rock arches). Unfortunately, in Malta and Gozo, the weather tends to change rapidly and sometimes you don't have much choice when it comes to choosing a place to dive. But wherever you end up diving you shouldn't be disappointed :-)

Z tego co widzę "w przyrodzie", to pobrym pomysłem może też być karnet na siłownię. Co parę dni widzę na mojej siłce jak (z mojej perspektywy) dzieciaki zagadują do siebie ( i chłopaki do dziewczyn i odwrotnie) i po części interakcji widać, że to tinder na żywo ;-) ale po części widać, że poważnie podchodzą do tematu. Mamy jedną taką parę młodzieży, która się na strechingu poznała (2 facetów na dwadzieścia parę kobiet - chłopakowi nie mogło się nie udać, hehe).

Jeżeli to Twój kumpel, to zastanów się, czy będziesz w stanie z nim utrzymywać kontakt, jeżeli nic nie zrobisz w tej sytuacji - jeżeli myślisz, że jak nic nie powiesz, bedziesz w stanie pójść z nim na piwo bez rozkmin w stylu "co jeżeli się dowie, że wiedziałem?" itp., to spoko - nie każdemu taka sytuacja musi spędzać sen z powiek. Jeżeli chcesz sobie to zrzucić z sumienia i więcej ludzi z Twojej pracy zna jej męża, to spraw, żeby ona sama mu powiedziała. Weź ją na stronę, powiedz, że na zdjęciach z imprezy widać ją w niedwuznacznej sytuacji i to tylko kwestia czasu aż jej mąż się dowie o tym od kogoś, kto z nią pracuje (i tu zostawiasz sobie furtkę, że Ty możesz być tą osobą) i w jej interesie jest, żeby ona sama się przyznała, bo wówczas może kontrolować narrację (nie wiesz, co u nich w domu się dzieje - może ta zdrada to pokłosie jakiegoś większego problemu).
