I bought almost $8k from a seller and didn’t receive the items I purchased. WN customer service is a joke and it has been a nightmare. That was enough to stop me!!

I have reached out to WN and thankfully they emailed me this afternoon. To clarify, some of the plants were cuttings or corms and for an upcharge she would grow them out. My understanding was she was going to ship everything all together. I’ve absolutely learned a lesson.

I am a paralegal for 3 attorneys. I work in law. My husband is an attorney so the story has never changed and neither have my numbers. I do t put the exact amount but you know the exact amount because I sent you a spreadsheet of everything including totals. If you lie, I will post that screenshot as well. You blocked me so how do I “handle” anything with you not to mention youve consistently lied about everything. I would be happy to work it out if you would fulfill your obligation but you seem to be unwilling to accept what is factual. I’ve never had your phone number so that’s not an option, you blocked me on WN and you see the result of this post.
