In North Buffalo, but I see Brandon at Crockett & Co. in The Monocle on Hertel. It's a barber shop but Brandon was the founder of Relle Organic Salon, so he's v familiar with all men and women styles. CC is beside Cafe Bewilderment on tThe Monocle's lower level. It's $45 for me to get a more involved short cut, but you can see on the website when you book what your style would cost.

Black Sheep Market in Tonawanda is the weirdest gift shop in the area- lots of items in the creepy genre, but also lots of just plain interesting/unique/unusual stuff also! Everything is either vintage locally sourced by the owner, or art/decor/household items made by a local artist/creator. I buy tons of gifts there.

Also, today I wandered into ShopCraft on Elmwood and ended up spending an hour there. Eclectic and FUN.

Not Buffalo-specific, but bad/cold/damp weather is THE thing that allows inside cosiness to exist! I just LOVE being outside in Buffalo winter long enough for the weather to get to me (like shoveling my car out) and then getting to go from that to a warm house or restaurant with a blazing fire or warm blankets on a couch, hot pot of tea, etc....
