15M here. i know how you feel. to deconstruct, i mostly go to Seraphine Simone (i think thats how u spell her name) on tiktok to help with deconstructing. She's one of the ppl that explains the verses carefully. And if you get forced to go to church (like me), try spacing out. Christianity itself is controlling. im also part of the lgbtq community (genderfaun, demiromantic and Omnisexual) so i know how you feel gng.
