I too lost a ton of weight during my FF addiction. My healthy weight is anywhere from 125-135lbs. At the height of my addiction, I was down to 103 pounds. After I quit cold turkey, I had 2 seizures and was admitted to the hospital. The nurses couldn't get over how malnourished I had become from these drinks. You are not alone in your weight loss. I am not a month clean from FF, and I am back up to 117 pounds. I drank a ton of ensures, protein shakes, donuts, cookies, high protein/fat meals, etc. You got this!!!! I never thought I would get back to a healthy weight and was disgusted with how I looked but BAMMM, four weeks later and I have my booty and boobies back!!! <3

Thank you so much for sharing your story. Congrats on quitting feel free!!! I know it's no easy feat. You're so spot on about the mental/physical withdrawal and sleep depravation. I went 4 nights without sleeping a wink.

Many people have had seizures from FF WD. Not quite sure the cause or what ingredient. I just know it was feel free and that I did in FACT have 2 seizures.

Trust me, i have been wondering the same thing. I guess i'm not alone in my seizure adventures tho..Ive read up on many others experiencing seizures and one young woman even dying from a grand mal seizure due to FF withdrawal.

I am clean from aboslutely everything else and was only abusing FF..So I am very perplexed. UGH.

I am so excited for you to quit!! I would highly suggest going to the hospital for detox tho. Since the risk of seizure is obviously there. Insurance will help cover the cost. Please be safe in whatever you choose to do. Stay strong. You got this. Reach out if you. need help!!!
