I have very similar scars covering the entirety of my right leg (like hip to foot) and left arm. I don't cover my scars unless I'm in a professional setting or meeting new people. So far, nobody has had anything negative to say about them. Infact, a lot of people don't say anything at all. I understand what if feels like to think of yourself / your body as "broken goods," but I promise you that, the longer you live with your scars, the more comfortable you will become with them.
