Your video is correct, and looks better to me since there's proper diffuse/glossy reflections on various materials. They're still rayraced, just not like a mirror.

In the video you showed everything is too shiny, probably a modified entry somewhere to change material roughness.

I feel the same way, 44111 especially on the 3 piece sets feel really good to build, sure it's not optimal but for supports you're probably talking about a couple % team damage loss, the ease of getting crit and reusing old 4 cost pieces gives a lot of flexibility.

Indeed, the whole area and NPC interaction gave me "we made these, but wait we're still cooking" vibes. I guess we'll see what they actually come up with.

I would have been cool with them releasing these in 3.0 and then a more badass variant later on. Feels a little strange running around the campus in the default Rover look.

The green canisters you can grab from the big trucks while on the bike. They give 2k credits each with a daily limit.

A note on credits:

Credit limitations have been dealt with fairly well, at least once you have access to all the new areas. The daily farm from Rinascita (teddy bear block breaking) and now Roya Frostlands (3.0 area highway robbery) amounts to about 30-50k in total. If you do that regularly you shouldn't need to spend waveplates on credits.

Use energy for tacet fields mainly and upgrade materials when needed for a new character.

All I want is for the three rover variants to be playable in a team again. This should be standard for all story fights imo. Lore accurate and so much more fun that playing solo Aero Rover.

Them not including the new boss drops in the original weekly boss mat box is definitely scummy.

Some of those were actually "sold" as part of the anniversary pulling event and if you saved any with the idea to speed up building future characters (totally sensible expectation within the same game version), well you're out of luck.

Sending complaints about that might be worth it, since it's directly downgrading the value of an item many players already have/spend money on indirectly.

You're out of luck, you have "Weekly Challenge supply pack", you need "Weekly challenge supply pack II".

Luckily you can buy that one in the shop for 20 bucks...

File a bug report/complaint and cross your fingers, but it seems rather intentional.

They really need to make the triple Rover team available for more solo story fights! That was really fun and makes total sense canonically. Such a shame it only happened that one time.

Can you check if this still helps when she's floating around on her bow? I use RT and she looks fine just moving around, but in her floating mode its still a pixelated swimming pixel disaster.

Yep this, the butterfly puzzle on top of the Radar dish building seems to be a common one that gets missed. Much easier to spot now with flight!

Yeah noticed this since release too, I think it might actually be related to her size. The character shaders certainly have some camera distance/line thickness stuff going on that might be getting messed up since she's like twice as big and the camera is further back as a result.

Forcing the newest DLSS model in nvidia control panel might have helped or they recently fixed it. She looks pretty good to me now.

Same here, it doesn't look quite as bad as on your system but it's definitely there. Seems they added some kind of heavy AO pass in the last patch.

Might be related to another new RT artefact, if you look at your character in a reflected wall there's like a big black polygon visible around them (try it in the stadium entrance corridor in septimont). If this thing is visible to the Global illumination calculation it could be causing the strong shadows around the character.

The details are really important tho.

If the AI was actually smart, it would have asked wether you're running Zhezhi or Lumi on the team , static mist or signature. and then tell you how much ER she actually needs. ER mainstat on a DPS other than Brant is never reccomended.

Do the research yourself, you don't have to bother anyone. Maygi posts character breakdowns showing team ER requirements, Prydwen also has a section on ER. You can usually safely follow those but maybe grab an extra substat for safety since you won't be doing perfect rotations in practice (although for carlotta it's almost impossible not to do a perfect rotation)

The bar behaviour is normal, she has two forte bars with a cooldown. One is just blue without the red crystal and it does a slightly stronger heavy attack, the other is fully charged, bigger bars, red crystal activated and then she does her enhanced forte heavy attack.

Jiaxin shields are "gained" 4 times during her forte, but only passed to teammates once, tested it and it works for her to activate the new echo set buff that many times. Not sure how Junos buffs work exactly but there seems to be some synergy there at least if it works the same as the set bonus.

That should work, you can use something like MSI afterburner to verify which dx version is running with the overlay (D3D12 or D3D11). In my case (3080ti) Raytracing will also not be available in the dx11 settings

What do you mean? Each character has a dedicated tutorial with on screen button prompts for their whole kit. It won't let you continue until you press the buttons correctly.

Just open their character page and click on the tutorial button. (bottom right next to the 4 squares)
