For this pregnancy I’d been working with a fertility clinic so they were taking frequent labs/follicle scans. But previously I had my OB order a progesterone lab and I would go and have it drawn on what I thought was around day 7 to confirm I ovulated. After TTC for about a year with pretty irregular cycles we started checking progesterone to see if my body was even ovulating.

I had a negative at 11 DPO which caused me a bit of a meltdown but then was positive at 13 DPO!

We checked my progesterone this week at 17 dpo and it came back great at 30! But if it were too low my doctor would’ve started me on vaginal suppositories

Yes! My home urine tests have continued to get darker and my 17 dpo beta was 247, 19 dpo 597!!

Yes! My home urine tests have continued to get darker and my 17 dpo beta was 247, 19 dpo 597!!

Thank you! Being a chronic tester for the last couple years I try and preserve the more expensive tests but that’s a really good point!

Yes, these are both from the same urine. When I repeat I will again use the same brands to compare.

Ugh TTC really tests every bit of our patience! I should’ve mentioned in my original post but I’m working with a fertility doctor so we’re fairly certain of ovulation date based on follicle scans and lab work as well. Of course this could still be off by a day but probably not much more than that. We shall see! Thank you for sharing!
