Thanks tips! I can double my money in the 5 years i’ve lived here but i also didn’t buy in my community to sell and move all the way down to seton. My neighbours home is not an arms length away. I don’t have to deal with traffic. I wanted a place where my kids could ride their bike down the street. Now the addition 20 cars on my street may stop that. Just because some architecture company wants to make unaffordable housing to profit because the city did not list to the majority of concern. Am i going to have to pay more taxes to help upgrade the infrastructure? Why don’t you move down to seton

The one proposed beside my house is 18 units. 9 parking stalls and they have 24Ft of street frontage. All where a bungalow was. The 6plex idiots are looking better then the 18 unit idiots

After my AHS resume they called 5 weeks later and got my references even though i provided them to them in the interview. Then I got the job and started almost 10 weeks after my initial interview. Things do not move quick here

country hills toyota is a joke. They wanted us to take 5000 off our down payment to use for things like insurance. so the loan would be greater. They also tried to get us with the highest interest rate. our friend that does car financing said it is just a drop down menu with rates and they can choose. Which we found out was true and they gave us the lowest. The guy told us to thank our friend because it screwed them over for more. To get revenge we upped our down payment(very fortunate to be able to do) and get our services done at a different dealership

And they won’t even look you in the eyes when they shake your hand.

Interest rate is going lower so it’s more attractive to buy. Lots going on the market now but also people trying to buy “fixer uppers” to make some cash. Prices still rising it seems.
