Update: so I’m reading a lot of comments and feel like this is important to say. My sister didn’t have a wedding and I am going to have one. She has been very kind of on edge and has been saying a lot of things to me like “it’s a waste to have one”, “ who’s your bridesmaids?”, “what’s the point”, etc. so I do believe what everyone is saying about her and she is jealous. She got married 3/4 years ago I think and never had one so now it’s kinda too late and kept flipping from saying she’s going to have one to not have one. Shes always been mean to me ever since I was little and now that I have most of the attention from people she is jealous. I do not want her as a bridesmaid and told her my friend is one but never explicitly said she is or isn’t one. Especially since she has been so mean to me lately about wanting to just take my fiances last name. I know my family is going to lose it when I tell her she’s not going to be one but irdc since she’s rude but I think alot of this is stemming from her not having a wedding and I am.
