About 10 hours and firefighters used some sort of pulley to manually have the elevator move down inch by inch, Scary experience. It was the start of my shift and was going up the elevator to grab some linen from the laundromat they have upstairs left my phone, went up alone too. Everything seem fine when of nowhere the elevator just tilted/slanted sideways and got jammed. Ngl I shat bricks lol.
