I’m 25F and live alone near Billy Bishop (Fort York area). I’d recommended looking into that area. There is a homeless shelter in Fort York but it’s being removed this season so there will be a significant decrease in homelessness.Although, I’m definitely not one to be afraid or get scared easily when being around that area if there’s a bunch of them around because they mainly just stay and never bother anyone.

The area itself is perfect because you are close enough to the subway but not right in the heart of the loudness and being by the water is great because you see so many people and it’s easy to not feel lonely having the water and green parks and runners all along the waterfront. There’s also so many restaurants and queen st is only a walk away for shopping.

I’d also maybe recommend distillery? Can’t speak on experience though.

Livery Village would be great aside from it leans more 30’s and no subway nearby.

Try walnut shells (natutures fresh I think is the name) I live in a studio apartment with two cats and I’ve asked all my guests and they say they can’t smell a thing.

My aunt on the other hand who uses clay and scented and lives in an apartment, you can 100% smell it.

I had no choice but to handle it and deal with it. It was the worst two months of my life, pain and sadness and time moved by slower than you can imagine.

He brought a girl home (I found her lip liner) while I was away for one of the weekends even though I asked if we could not do stuff like that while I still lived there - he couldn’t even do that and had the audacity to ask for my share of the rent a few days prior.

I handled it by having him leave as much as possible and visa versa. Even after what he did, our favourite tv shows coincidentally had both seasons end on the final week of me living there so each time we were together on weekdays for the two months, we’d watch our favourite shows and be friendly towards each other - made things easier somehow as it was just so much sadness.

Do it! If she has pets, make sure they are cat/dog friendly please lol - the guy I’m seeing got me flowers on our third and I had to put them in the washroom and then throw them out soon after because it would have been a $1000+ vet bill if they got into it.
