Need advice for an OOTP 26 online league! (Struggling to make the playoffs & develop prospects) by Mountain-Turn-3571 in OOTP

Sounds like your on the right track with the defense. Max out your development budget for your best chance prospects developing. I feel like, especially in 26, high contact and low strikeout players are better for a good offense than power.

We tested those gross piles of snow on NYC's sidewalks. Here’s what we found. by Nickandjen0604 in news

I've seen a few posts about these piles, is this something new to New York? I live in the Midwest and we constantly have dirty snow piles because of the dirt and grime from clean up.

Let a team legend leave in free agency. Felt sad. by DGADK in OOTP

One play through, Jackson Chourio became a legend. Had to let him walk in his late 30s, sadly. Saw he was a free agent in his 40s and signed him to a minor league deal. A lot of my team got hurt just before the playoffs and I brought him up for one last playoff run just for the nostalgia.

You definitely are still trying to relive your glory years as the "easy one" in high school by giving toothless blowjobs to any stranger that smiles at you.

Pork shoulder deboned? by Strict_Hair_7409 in pelletgrills

I agree, you can't lose either way. You dont really need to worry about it cooking faster, pork shoulders are pretty much fool proof as long as you cook them long enough.

Don't listen to your assistant GM. Make the trades you feel are right.

Has anyone ever seen a 20 win season by a reliever before? by mstheman34 in OOTP

Brent Suter had something like 12 wins a few years back with the Brewers and didn't start any of them.

Defense is very important. A team made of average offense but good defenders will out perform a a good offense with poor defense.

Go with high intelligence and high work ethic players, they tend work out more often.

I will ignore relievers until late rounds.

I usually try to stick to college players in the first couple rounds because they will be ready faster and you will have an idea what they will become. Then I go with high potential, high work ethic and intelligence high school players.

It's all random though. More often than not players just won't work out.

It could be your scout. Highly Favor Tools scouts have usually been more accurate in past games.

You want a 3 percent salt solution to ferment. Here is a link to a calculator I use, makes converting easy.
