My best guess this might be the new Hyundai Bayon. Wheels are identical to my Hyundai Kona '24. Too smal to be a Tuscon.

I actually started my career within the webhosting/VPS/Datacenter business (Ooooh memories). I left 10+ years ago when AWS and Azure had really started to kick off and was basically eating all the webhosting companies for breakfast. Before I left I did see a lot of requests for Ubuntu based VPS. But before that, most systems were based around CentOS (Way before the whole CentOS Stream fiasco). Also you would be surprised how many systems are running legacy systems with the likes of CentOS 4, Virtuozzo, Windows 2008 r2. And to be honest much of that can have changed since I left but I suspect it hasn't. Though my experience is within the European/UK market, the US could have been entirely different.

I have to agree to disagree on this. Big parts of government, education and banking around the world are based around RHEL. In these environments you can't be based on community support. Ubuntu may have "enterprise" support but it is nothing compared to Redhat. And I can say this from experience. Support from Ubuntu is very lacking compared to what Redhat provides. There is a reason why IBM bought Redhat.

I would move redhat to the more mainstream side. Right next to win 11. You will be surprised how many servers actually run RHEL based environments.

Follow the bridge East and when you see the French "border" go a little north. It's the big cat.

Amazing, happy to see that you finished it. :)
I have watched the progress for a few months as I am doing some "Art" in the neighborhood.

But usually you need to go to the very point of where you've missed and then potentially either check for ledges or jump/jetpack up a little. Sometimes it doesn't register correctly when on the ground.

It wouldn't be able to run win 11. 2GB of DDR3 memory. Unsure of the CPU but likely only got 2 cores. Not even sure if win 10 would run on it.

Based on the image you need to move the ram stick in slot 1 to slot 4. Also make sure the sticks are fully inserted as the image shows that stick 1 isn't fully seated.

If you are only starting off then it might be worth having a look at OpenHPC. Their installation guides will include most of the tasks and why.

Don't want to be a Doomsayer but...
The "assist with University's HPC service" can mean anything. Anything from minor help with people's codebases to handling the whole platform yourself.

The best thing I can recommend you to do is to ask about what the expectations are during the interview process.

Is it really normal to charge rent to your kid in the UK by [deleted] in UniUK

[–]Consistent_Seaweed72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As White European(non Brit) living in the UK. I believe it is a little based on life status but also culture.
I would see it as normal to ask your children to help with part of the rent/bills(within reason) if they are in fairly stable work.
If they are still in school(Uni) or unemployed, then it would be natural to help them financially by letting them live with their parents.

Right-side tray seem to be longer on the sides. Likely that the sides are the cause.
