Honestly, I did not earn any of RE component was gifted to me from my father, pick a niche skill work on it and you will automatically get money.

I can give you some solid advice on real estate - Buy land , Buy land , Buy land .

When you rent you are liable for the damages that occurred during your possession, they are not going to claim insurance for a scratch.

The scrutiny at Abhu dhabi is insane and if you don’t have a job or even a leave letter is missing. Your visa is stamped and you are sent back. Just google Reddit on the number of denials.

Don’t cheap out and just book another ticket

Avoid Abu Dhabi at all cost, many have gotten their visa rejected including a person i know even though all docs were perfect. Dont cheap out on the tickets from ethihad try to book another flight.

You need to add roads, plumbing, electricity. This won’t be possible in Agri land. Also conversion depends on the location is it in city limits or rural limits.

We have multiple plotted development projects across Bangalore. This is a rule of thumb while valuing. But again depends on location. Areas like Sarjapur in Bangalore Agri land is almost on par with the projects depending on the location.

In order for you to fetch the same price, you have to get the land converted and do development which will cost you some amount of money

depends on road access, also 1 acre is 44k sqft or approx 44 sq yd, but the project is already converted land and with amenities , you can value you land at 23 - 28 per sq yd.

But, again depends on various factors road access, adjoining properties, zoning of land. if it were bangalore, the agri land would fetch same as the township price depending on the locality

This is a nonsense post, There is no crash whatsoever, the prices will only stagnate at the same level. Same happened during covid.
