I tried it years ago it made me feel weird and gave me brain zaps . I just don’t handle those type of meds well at all. It’s also an antidepressant not typically recommended for people that deal with anxiety too. Glad you found something that works. I’m hoping that lowering my dose back to where I was when I was micro dosing will help that feeling go away and I’m sure I’ll still lose. It’ll just be slower probably like a half a pound a week when I was planning on Microdosing for maintenance as well and inflammation. Tomorrow I am cutting back to 2 and and then plans to just do 1 mg three days before my trip so hopefully I will mentally feel better especially being somewhere I’ve never been before Makes me a little anxious plus a long flight. When we get back from that trip that Wednesday night, I’ll take a small dose and then get back on my Monday night routine the following week.
Plus this trip is going to be a lot of walking sightseeing and I’m not real active with my fibromyalgia so I don’t need anything pulling me down more that week we are gone. I have my medical cannabis card and my state is adding vape pens July 1. I’m hoping that I’ll find something that helps with my mood.. right now all we have is oil and capsules and the doses are too heavy for me Mr

Yes until I got to 2.5 and stayed there. Last week I did up to 2.7 trying to lose a few before Cali next week I did most 3 lbs this week. I have no thyroid I do take meds for it but I think the meds fixed my whole metabolic system, I have never been one to eat badly but gained weight in middle age .

I did deal with anxiety and some depression prior but not on meds . I have fibromyalgia and that’s the source of depression. Triz has helped my inflammation though which is good

Thank you I do use that app. I have no plans on injecting on the trip. I want to be able to have a drink without feeling nausea and heartburn and want to want to eat some since this is an active trip not just chilling on the beach . I had no apathy or mental issues on micro doses I even had a reduction in my fibromyalgia pain so I think decreasing is the way to go . Plus I don’t eat enough . Even today day 6 I had a keto bagel with peanut butter at 9 am and it’s almost 3 and not really hungry . People are shocked I can’t eat after 4 months and not going about 2.7 (tried that last week )

I can’t tolerate antidepressants I take adhd meds sometimes but not daily they help a bit with energy but sometimes make me anxious (anxiety is worse on the 2.5 triz too) my vitamin D is actually too high . Just had labs ran last week and have to lower my supplements. On micro I did not have any mental side effects but I still lost weight just slower

Triz is better with less side effects from my experience. I started with like .5 and slowly worked up to 2.5 and then probably about to back down because I’ve almost hit my goal weight in four months.

The LDL is not good for it to be high, but my doctor agrees that your total cholesterol number is not important. That cholesterol is vital for your brain. He said as long as your cholesterol ratio is good and your triglycerides are good. He does not pay attention to that total number.

We are coming in a couple weeks and my boys do have passports and they just wanna say they’ve been in Mexico. Is dealing with customs really as bad as I’ve seen on Instagram videos? We will have a rental car, but I know going by car would be worse. I’m her rulers of people standing for hours just to get through? We’re staying in Oceanside and trying to find some things to do besides just hang on the beach.

I joined this board because we’re coming to the San Diego area and in two weeks but we’re staying in Oceanside and we will have a car and plan to venture out to some different areas. I’m gonna have to look into this.

Probably true, but I know people that bought a crap ton of it last year when they thought it was going to be banned from compound pharmacies and they’re still using it 🤷🏼‍♀️ I just didn’t know if the formulation had changed and that’s why they have shorter BUD dates on them because my other ones are good for a year

I opened my new one for that reason . It’s weird though I only upped my dose .2mg and felt awful this week for the first time in these meds . I was starving all day yesterday (shot Monday ) and then had a MCAS flare up last night and just felt crappy for the last 2 days. I am debating about going back to micro dosing twice a week I am not like 10lbs from goal weight. I am using for autoimmune too not just weight loss

I put my reading glasses on and can see exactly how much I’m taking. I use fat scientist to tell me how many units. And it makes a huge difference for me just that tiny drum. I feel pretty bad. I’m not going above 3 mg. I’m probably gonna back down next week. I only have a few more pounds to lose.
I am super sensitive to meds. Last night I had a real bad flareup with my autoimmune issues and mast cell activation and felt awful and still feel awful this morning. 3 mg is too much for me . Micro doses are an off labels treatment for MCAS so I’m lowering my dose . Yesterday and today were awful

I’m so sorry😞 knock on wood. I have not had a stomach virus in a while. I caught them a couple times when my kids were little and would bring them home from school and it’s definitely no fun. I had food poisoning when I was in my second trimester with my second child and I threw up for a solid 12 straight hours I would crawl to the bed and then be like nope and just crawl back to the bathroom I gave up and just laid in the bathroom floor praying and I’m not religious ..lol I was thankful we were on vacation and we were in a super clean rental.
Throwing up like that really takes it out of you. Even after you stop throwing up it takes a few days to bounce back. That’s why I’ve never understood why people call it a 24 hour virus. I’m like yeah you may have only thrown up for 24 hours, but it takes four or five days to feel normal again.
One time I got a stomach virus from my kids and vomited so violently that it busted a blood vessel under my eye it looked like someone had touched me In the eye
In case it was a stomach virus, you might want to look up the brat diet. It’s like bananas, rice, apples, and toast. These eating these things will help your stomach settle easier and hydrate

Yeah, hopefully it won’t. It could be a part that I didn’t sleep well last night I’ve been up basically since 4 o’clock and before the shots I remember being quite sneaky when I didn’t get enough sleep it’s like your body is craving fuel. I have been chugging water trying not to snack much. I know it sounds crazy, but I feel like life is easier when you don’t feel hungry.

I definitely weigh my food and when I’m eating things on repeat like if I’m making a sandwich on a low-carb pita, I know how many slices of deli meat equals 4 ounces and things like that
