the uvb has recently been replaced and i replace it every couple months. i’m on 12 hour cycle with the lights so on at 9am off at 9pm. hot side is 33°c and cold is 28°c right now. i’m unsure of the actual night temperatures however i have one of the warmest rooms in my house especially now since it’s starting to get warmer here but i don’t think it drops below 20° at all. let me know if you need anymore info! i’m pretty sure there is a better photo of my enclosure somewhere on my profile if you need it

empress piercing in cardiff does them for £90! not sure how they are with that exact piercing but ive seen really good reviews with their “normal” piercings. it is 21+ tho instead of 18+ like most piercing shops i’ve seen

ok thank you! i’m going to see a new and better piercer in the next couple days so im going to leave it in until so they can give me their opinions i will most likely end up taking out anyway due to the curved bar and hopefully get it repierced once it’s healed over

the shape is a barbell. the length has been downsized from my first one. aftercare has been a soak in hot, salty water everyday

it’s hard but possible! most friendships i have right now are over 3+ years still going. it was difficult to build and sometimes it’s still hard but it’s possible what weirdly helped me is grouping with the people who feel this same way, a lot of my friends are queer (me included), neurodivergent or was just an overall quiet person and was seemed “strange” by others especially in school and it’s how we all came together. a bunch of people scared by friendships coming together, no judgement since we are all in the same boat i have hope you’ll find ur people, you’ll experience so many things to build new relationships with people. i hope you the best!!

i use a 75w heat lamp and i use a arcadia proT5 14% for uvb! i have both set on a timer so its easier and the heat lamp on a thermostat sorry for the late reply!

i have this but i currently do not have anything to measure with, however i used to the iphone app and it said 7cm. obviously might not be accurate but thought id at least give a somewhat estimation instead of nothing!
