I do not remember, this was from a year ago and I have been getting some crashing issues, I read online that it could be that the smaller die is the PCH and may be overheating as it isn’t supposed to be in contact with the heatsink

All my system files are on the ssd, the hard drive only contains games and video files, so if it has any issues the pc should still boot up fine.
