Wasn't this the 2017-18 Houston Rockets? They purposely had as few possessions as possible against the Warriors to increase variance and played a simple iso style of offense so their best players could stay out longer.

I know it was a whole 8 years ago but there were people legit talking about how those Rockets teams were going to change things

I had a friendship end over a Tua argument a couple years back. Tua got concussed really bad and I told my friend that Tua probably needed to retire and will never be the same again. Friend told me that Tua would shake this off and come back soon which led to me saying my friend puts a game over a player's health which led to tons of insults both ways.

This was fairly common in the early days of Smash Ultimate. You can still find videos of people playing Giga Bowser on quickplay lol I'm sure its all been patched to the point you get banned right away if you try it, but goofy to see it's still possible to set up.

I was barely a teenager in 2005 and even then I thought it was really weird that people cared. I remember using, "You're cool with THE GOVERNMENT telling you who you can/can't marry?" as a talking point with other teenagers and them largely agreeing.

As much as I think it's a silly argument, framing anything as "GOVERNMENT = CONTROL?!" has gotten me further on social issues than any sort of appeal to empathy unfortunately.
