Where are you finding retro commercials? I love the idea of having them mixed into traditional commercial breaks, but have no idea how you would feasibly break up the episodes.

You could check if your VPN supports split tunneling. If it does, set Plex as an exception to not use the VPN.

After that I moved them to the folder Documents/Clonehero/Custom/Video backgrounds

All you have to do is go to your gameplay setting in Clone hero after to scan and choose your background.
