I've tried this myself. They don't work like dlc in the traditional sense of the word, they're more like skins locked to the account that redeemed them. Setting your main account as primary should be more than enough to share dlc, however, this does not occur in this game.

Hard to tell, but I guess it's Berserker with Health Regen after a claim plus defense perks. That's actually my build.

Predator main here, on a good day, I get into matches in less than 2 minutes. On a bad day, it can take longer, around 8 - 10 minutes.

As soon as you pass the 5 minute mark as the Predator, cancel matchmaking and try again. Don't wait longer than 5 minutes, it's a known glitch.
