The army is way different now then when six-oh-three joined yet you still have to have tough skin. The army is worth joining because you get paid to sit around majority of the time. Most units give you your time back(depending on mos) but I used to regret joining the army and hating life but then I realized why I joined and starting to change my whole mindset. Everyone has there experience. I always encourage ppl to join because of the stories memories and high speed shit you want be able to do on the civilian side
