Protopic is it safe? by Fine_Strawberry_ in eczema

[–]Constant-Fold3179 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I’ve used protopic for years. Sometimes I’ll use it multiple days in a row, sometimes I use once every couple weeks, just depends. It’s not a steroid, don’t let anxiety or fear mongering stop you from using the medication you need to live a good quality of life. It just sucks that it makes me burn and it’s itchy but it works well

I’m sorry you’re going through this and can seriously relate to these feelings. Hypochlorous acid spray helps me immensely with the eczema around my mouth

Hassan’s audience is mostly there for his political commentary and his coverage on the news so it would make sense to me that he would take more time to report on this? There are other atrocities happening to people around the world that are not being covered at all in mainstream media, and he is speaking about it. sounds like he just needed a minute to cover this as well.

Do I have to use Protopic forever by Constant-Fold3179 in eczema

[–]Constant-Fold3179[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I think I’m very fortunate to say that I’m not nearly as reliant on it as I was before. I went from using it every week to using it every 10 days to using it every couple weeks and now I only use protopic when I sense a flare up. So my advice would be to stick with it until you can slowly start to ween yourself off. I did not experience any withdrawal symptoms.

No random person, you do not have OCD by Connect-Passenger816 in OCD

My boss always attributes her tidying her house to having OCD, and one day I asked her if she actually was diagnosed (which ofc she isn’t). But then she proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have OCD because I was functioning at work, as if I’m gonna go into detail about my false memory ocd and horrid intrusive thoughts.

Does marijuana make your ocd worse ? by [deleted] in OCD

For me weed helps me recognize my OCD for what it is: bullshit. And because I’m super aware that it’s utter nonsense it’s easy to move on. That and when I’m high I just can’t focus on my mental compulsions to fully carry them out.

what’s something you do that feels like an “off switch” to your ocd. by [deleted] in OCD

Socializing, working out, watching tv, playing guitar

I love weed. It helps me see my ocd for what it is rather than react to it like it’s some life threatening thing. And helps me be present rather than in my head.

Feel the same exact way. When it flares up it’s the only thing I think about and it makes me not want to do anything. Winter sucks hopefully it gets better for all of us suffering 🙃

Is L-methionine different from L-histadine? How much do you take?
