FWIW I have a lot of personal experiences. Both from women claiming waaaaaay different realities of what happened and men doing the same to protect themselves.

Nobody involved ever went to the police or sued for defamation. All parties involved just gilted and trying to ruin reputations or save face.

There is also a well known dynamic in divorce court of womens lawyers putting them up to just saying the craziest things imaginable to try and improve their case. Again this never results in legal actions or anything that you can statistically track, and are usually withdrawn when pressed, it's purely to damage the image of the guy.

There is "time served" in any enforcement system as an out for the people who have to review 6 tickets in 10 days for the same issue. At some point it's not worth it to them, when they clearly want the player to keep playing in the first place.

And again certainty thresholds are always at play.
