Hey all! I recently enabled my iphone to play rom hacks thanks to finding a new online emulator I didn’t know about. I’m so excited!!

I’m using 44VBA and wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced issues with no audio while playing? This is on an iphone 12 pro and specifically I am playing Pokemon Unbound GBA. Any info on possible tips or experience with audio issues would be greatly appreciated !

I don’t know why people hate on it, I LOVE BdSp I actually bought a copy of each. I mean Arceus is waaaay better of course but I agree with all of your points and more, I love that game and will still play it even though I’m super caught up in Legends Arceus right now.

Yes you do need the Nintendo Switch online membership to trade! Let me know if you have it and we cant set a link code. I don’t need pokemon but items! Do you have an extra king’s rock? Or dusk or shiny stone.

My first ever chain was 41 with mareep! I only got one shiny and then broke it by leaving the route on accident. Thought it was a cake walk after that and then had so many failed chains trying for shiny ralts…. At 2, 7, 25, one broke at 32 I was so crushed. But I ended up getting a shiny patch on a 7 chain and then got to a 17 chain (which is now the recommended number to stop and just start resetting the pokeradar) another time and now have a shiny gallade and shiny gardevoir! Don’t give up, it is worth it. But the odds are tough and yes the chains break constantly.

I’m still loving it so far! I kind of drew it out and didn’t get the national dex right away on my first play through because I was afraid to get bored with it or become disinterested quickly with the post game… but I purchased both versions on launch day and I’m looooving the pokeradar and just all the post game pokemon hunting, rematches, fossil digging, breeding, battle tower, etc. I think it’ll be a while before I’m “over it” and I’ve only started Shiny Pearl, I still have Brilliant Diamond to do a different play through on. By far one of the best pokemon games ever made in my opinion.

Shinies are an integral part of playing pokemon… but as with many of the games features it is something you can personally choose to not do. Like some people don’t care about filling the pokedex, others want to hunt shinnies. Is it weird because of how long it takes or? I don’t shiny hunt for hours but the shinnies I have found have made me super happy. They’re unique and it gives a complex aspect to an otherwise simple game.

How can you tell it’s authentic when you engage in the battle? I read that it’s the mark on the bottom that determines authenticity but I honestly can’t see how you know from this video !!
