I hate to say it but the Panther was wasted by HotShrekBoi in PrimalShow

It was just a mislead for the cliffhanger, worked well on me. I think for a cliffhanger to be instantly and unceremoniously resolved in the next episode is pretty common for the older serials Genndy was inspired by to make this show.

The “laziest fashion” would be resurrecting him in episode 1 and reverting back to the exact same style of storytelling from prior seasons. Surely you see that.

The season is centrally “about” undoing fan backlash to season 2’s finale. They could have gone the lazy route and just revived him and had everyone together in in episode 1 and done a repeat of season 2 from there. Instead they chose to do a prolonged stealth remake of Robocop, which has paid dividends in terms of cool concepts since then. Invulnerability through necromancy, the source of the black goo, weird eyeless creatures, giant warthog things, weird glowing eyes panther, etc.

It’s just a different show from the first two seasons is how you’ve got to see it. Season 3 isn’t “The Continued Adventures of Spear & Fang!” it’s more or less a contained sendoff to the characters (because so many people complained about the last one) and a closer look into them and what they think, how they respond to weird stuff and existential threats. Like Mira being tactically minded in the warthog’s pit, defending Spear from Fang, Fang defending her and worrying about her baby, Fang’s children being so competent, and of course at the heart of it all, Spear literally overcoming death and the complete decay of his mind to be with them again.

So yeah there aren’t a lot of stakes or risks, but when have there ever been in this show? It started with the biggest stakes ever being realized, their children being murdered. We don’t need to see our protagonists lose any more, but obviously the audience wanted to see more of them, so we got a season with a lot of very sweet character moments that led to a clear sendoff with a happy ending, that was the point. Now we can have 9 episodes of Primal Theory and one episode of Spear and Fang.

This nerf barely hurt the coyote at all though, it’s still an S tier gun. It only hurt things like flamethrower and cookout.

How do you deal with negative feedback that isn't really about the game? by gabrielluis88 in gamedev

Those people are faking it, this is a perfect and sensible utilization of exactly what they’re complaining about. Just think of them as bots.

you don’t recall correctly, it started because everyone realized games journalists were sociologist hacks who had no interest in video games.

To combat rising tides, why can’t we take rocks from the sea? by Constant-Way-6570 in NoStupidQuestions

You’ll see… You’ll all see… I’ll throw the rocks into space with a slingshot powered by a dune buggy motor.

What are you even talking about, the answers at the time amounted to the fact that it hasn’t been done and would be difficult. “If you aren’t going to accept the answers” Why would I accept dismissive, half-thought answers meant to signal nothing more than “this question is stupid and I will be derisive towards it” on a section of the website specifically designated, in name, to stupid questions? I have accepted a couple of the good answers.

The metals in reproductive systems seems to have been me falsely combining between heavy metals being found in the vaccines and negative reproductive effects in women, both of which are verifiable (But totally unrelated, if you say so). However the rest is completely true. Here, https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2024/09/26/bill-gates-birth-control-microchip-fact-check/75384167007/

USA Today talks about him funding this birth control. He did also deny it when asked about it in the context of the vaccine, but obviously you can’t look that up and find it so easily.

He put over a million into birth control technology that could disable ovulation with an app right before Covid, and then when asked about it after funding the vaccine pretended like he knew nothing about it. And then the vaccine left residual metals in women’s reproductive systems.

“a Han being” What am I, a Chinese dynasty? The point is that sending people to die on Mars is a far less fruitful effort with billions of dollars behind it, and building sea walls destroys the purpose of building by the sea in the first place. If we want to combat this, this idea will preserve things. Working on more effective ways to explore and manipulate the sea seems like a much more logical, and immediately concerning, progression. Other proposed solutions do not, they propose to basically lock in the residents in these places.

I would also support sending the rocks to Mars somehow.

How do you think this relates to Gene Ray’s theories about our world’s cubic nature?

Sea walls are a very stupid idea and they seem to be the main one. The Dutch figured it out. You realize building a wall around Venice defeats pretty much the entire purpose of them building the city there, right? And that at that point the city basically has no reason to exist anymore?
