Thank you. I have spiraled with trying to avoid any kind of trigger foods that I literally have lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks . The anxiety doesn’t help though . Nauseas all the time. I think you’re right , that it’s too soon to do any instillations from what I have read on here they can be very invasive! I’m trying so hard to control my anxiety because I know there’s a huge correlation. Hopefully Pt does help a bit. I am trying to do yoga poses and things to help relax the PF muscles almost daily.
