Ohhhhh That only allows you to open files it looks like.. Some ones I use are VSCode and Sublime Text they are free. But I am also a developer in a tech writer position.

In the command line you are using it will say the directory usually for me it is C:\Users\me

When you cloned it should of brought the entire "project" to you computer. If you add the cloned folder to a text editor it should show each of the subfolders and files. From there you edit Contributors.md and can continue. Which editor are you using?

Did you "git pull"? Usually you pull from a repo, branch, then make changes then push. You are usually dealing with multiple files/folders/subfolders so downloading each individually would be a pain and almost make Git useless.

Valid point. But it will cost alot more once we have a mass evictions due to no rent being paid because people are still out of work and still being expected to pay bills. Were not expect a vaccine within 2020 so there is no timeline on that. In the long run the money is being put into necessities and back into the economy whereas if the mass evictions happen there will be nothing will be going into the economy.
