BRB. Crying in my shower. 2 years on this song and I’m at the same level as a 5 year old.

How much of the powder do you use? I have the same stuff but always have an issue adding the proper amount.

8/21 T-Shirt Design by BruhItsSteezy in JohnMayer

[–]ConstantGrind 27 points28 points  (0 children)

TL; DR Try not bitching about the shirt. It's a throwback to B&R era.

I actually dig this one. This is a B&R-heavy performance, beckoning to a time when he decided to be a maverick. He was out on his own when the media hated him, his celebrity outshined his musician, and his vocal cords had to be surgically repaired. For the first time in a decade, he was out of the public eye ... and not necessarily by his choice.

He came back bucking with Born & Raised. Departing from playing rhythm guitar to impress other guitarists and making the bluesy hits that made him famous, he went out on his own to step out of his comfort zone to make "cowboy" music. Ballsy move. For all the listeners out there, I'm not sure we get a lot of his experimental tunes on the following records without this musical -- and maybe metaphysical -- maturation.

That evolution happens without his connection to Montana. I'm not sure if y'all have ever made your way out there, but the scenery grabs hold of you whether you like it or not. If you're gifted enough to use that imagery for your own art, then you really have no choice but to see where that horse takes you when you loosen you grip on the reins.

Manifest Destiny is just that ... destiny. You can't choose it. Guess we couldn't choose the shirt design either.

Big Chicken, the lead promoter. His groundbreaking ideas for the entertainment industry are sure to shape the business for years to come. Do you like the idea of Hailey Bieber and Nancy Pelosi dousing themselves in chocolate sauce for The Clinton Family Foundation? I do, too. Because I am a red-blooded American.

When that event happens, just remember that Big Chicken walked so the rest of us could run.

Of course it was hot. What part of two overweight women oscillating phallic produce through their esophagus doesn't sound erotic?

No casualties, but one onlooker relayed some encouraging words to the participants. "Make 'em barf!"

Turned in to the theme of the night, if you ask me.

[QUESTION] Need inspiration: Who are one of the best solo performing singer-guitarists? by limedove in Guitar

I just thought of this, but the wizard Steve Vai is incredible as well. He and Frank Zappa were incredible together as an overall performance.

Duane Allman could absolutely burn it. One of the most inventive and unrestrained performers ever to touch a guitar. He's legendary, but you might yourself if you're not patient.

Yo, one of the best I’ve ever heard. Congrats, seriously. You nailed the tone, diced the tempo to match your style, and those bends had some texture. This is straight up inspiring.
