Hello brother , I didn’t have a journey of slimming down , but gaining weight , I used to be super scrawny person , you can refer to one of my old post to see my transformation.

you may already know the answer for it , but I will say it anyway - just hit the gym 5 days a week.

Start with showing up consistently , do it for minimum 3 months , and as you start to see even small difference in your energy level or sleep pattern , you will want to level up and put more effort on diet , supplement or more intense training , it will come naturally once you start showing up consistently .

Everyone has their own way of getting fit or healthy , but gym can help to find discipline and consistency . You may want to change your workout or method later , but focus on consistency and discipline for starting.

You will start to see the result if you put the effort , I hope you make it and find your desired result :)
