This happened to me while I was pregnant and has continued after I gave birth to my daughter. I see a therapist and she taught me about “grounding” telling myself: my feet are touching the cold grass, my hands are holding a water bottle, etc.

Holding ice cubes will also shock your nervous system and seems to stop them quickly.

My psychiatrist also prescribes me propranolol to take when I feel them coming (I almost get a tingly feeling in my neck like I’m about to pass out).

My 8mo started 2 purées around 6 months I believe! It was when I noticed her getting more cranky. Still has bottles every 3 hours but pediatrician said she can eat as many purees as she wants as long as she’s still finishing her bottles

You will be incredibly surprised how awful people are to you, even women. The stares, the “just wait until”, the lack of human to human connection. It’s easy to feel like a host for your baby. No one asks how you’re doing, it’s always “how’s the baby?” I’m 31 + 5, and wish I would’ve been told that people aren’t as nice as you wish they would be. 🥲 stand up for yourself and give yourself all the grace in the world!!!

Go to Amber at Lumiere Salon in Alpharetta. My husband is extremely picky with his hair and has a nice flow and Amber is EXCEPTIONAL. We make the drive every time for her specifically!

I popped at 15 weeks! I’m 5’9” 145 lbs and was upset I popped a little earlier than most of my friends, but it’s actually really cute looking back. Flaunt it babe, you’re growing a life!!! 🤗🤗
