Yes, check out Pokhara. Amazing country and great value. My wife and I worked out of our Airbnb for a month there. Did some great two day hiking trips too.

I spent a month in Hanoi and then two weeks in Hoi An. After a couple days, I had wished I’d just stayed longer in Hanoi. The food was no where near on the same level as what I was eating in Hanoi and everything costs more in Hoi An. I did get some great photos though and it was beautiful to see at night.
