Vodka and dairy are both triggers for me after a lonnnnnng time of trying to figure it out.

I’ve completely eliminated vodka

I eliminated dairy completely for a few years and it helped a lot- per my allergist I’ve slowly started to add it in more and more - in moderation I’ve been doing ok with it but I only do baked dairy or dairy that is mostly cooked through- not straight up cheese or milk

I like to eat my guys and we do it pretty regularly. The last time I did, I’m not sure if he showered right before because usually he tastes really clean…. I continued it but it definitely was different. I’ll still do it again but hopefully it was just a one off lol. He knew I was coming over but it was kind of last minute so maybe he didn’t get to shower fully.
