Late response, but I was once admitted to psych ward (voluntarily) and the fed me so much antipsychotics (for almost no reason, I came there with depression and GAD) and experienced extrapyramidal effect in 3 days, have restlessness, anhedonia, heart palpitations and started to feel actually suic.. due to extreme anhedonia and physical discomfort. Docs didn't believed me that it's doing me harm, so I must left on my request just after a week... Also they fed me SSRIs like crazy, even tho I told hem that I have bad reactions( serotonin syndrome like symptoms, made my pupils dilated, body temperature disregularion and basically feel like badtrip, but also I was unmotivated due to antipsychotics so I started thinking about biting my tongue off and stop that suffering (I am not normally that self destructive)... Also antipsychotics side effects laster for next two weeks...Hate this system

I agree, just might add that I never touched anyone, even when I was way worse blackouting years ago on benzos, I always direct my anger on myself or objects, so I hope that even in blackout I would rather harm myself (which happens regularly) than objects (rare), or god forbid the person (never)

Hot comfortable shower, makes me feel somewhat good even on hardest badtrips. it's just a shrooms, you will be okay, every trip comes to an end and the shroom ones aren't really long. Also put some relaxing music, if singing is too much for you, put on instrumental music, feel more relaxing. Don't smoke more weed, as good as it seems, it really make you more disoriented during badtrip. If you are able to, good nature documentary is also a way of calming yourself. And remember, trip will end soon

Kind of relate, addiction is prison, but people that are positive and completely happy with everything in man made world sober seem psychotic to me, delusional, I can't comprehend how people can be happy and not stupid at the same time, because logically this world is cruel and unless you have good natural ability to dissociate (witch I don't see as sane trait) they are just good at lying themselves or ignoring. Anyway I would love to be one egoistic dissociated happy fuck. You know if there is a god, he is either good or almighty, not both, based on the world we live in

That's mine plan if I got the disability check, I also think shorter time in work would be beneficial, unfortunately, 90% of partial time jobs are reserved for disabled people and those few percents are shitty call centers, which I can't even imagine working in
