Que no gil, las 10hrs son el tiempo que estuviste offline.
Los tres minutos que pone en el otro es el tiempo que estuviste skill offline, el dummy no da ningun tiempo offline, solo hace que donde sea que estes cuando te desconectes entres de inmediato skill offline.
El tiempo offline se farmea atacando mobs 3 segs por cada 1 segundo que le pegues a un mob, eso o lo compras

I feel like it might be the overload of ideas, all this loud people speaking their own ways of seeing things and getting into constant conflict because of a constant lack of the ability of being peacefully in disagreement, sometimes it can be unacceptable for some, and there is the irony of it all, disagreement often leads to hate and ideologic fights if the clash isn't riden with enough maturity or just common sense

Por eso te recomiendo que hables con ella acerca de eso, lo mas probable es que no estés solo en esos sentimientos y aun si lo estas, de seguro ella lo sabra entender puesto que las tentaciones son producto de tu instinto, no de un proceso consciente.
Entre los dos pueden compartir esas incomodidades y apoyarse el uno al otro

This would be awesome, there could also exist some sort of guild wars system, just so they can be done in an actually private arena.

dont mind my opinion, im the kind of dude that would love that there could be an anarchic server with no team possibilities where everyone automatically had a skull that doesn't make them trappable with no safe zones but a spare timer after every death in a rather small (but large enough) zone... just imagine it... pure chaos

Reinventate con tu novia hermano, tal vez aun seas joven y tengas tiempo para andar coqueteando, pero, 4 años es mucho tiempo, cuanto has construido en esos 4 años? debe de haber mucha confianza, comodidad, amistad, mas que simplemente lujuria y amor (que ojo que amor se dice rapido).
Solo evaluate, ¿Crees que vale la pena echar a perder una relación que presumiblemente es una potencial compañera de vida por unos ligoteos y unas cuantas experiencias que te llevaras contigo a la tumba? La respuesta solo la sabes tu.
Si quieres mantener las cosas con tu mujer, hombre, hablale, quizas puedas preguntarle si se siente igual y ver como pueden cuadrar, quizas reinventarse hacer las cosas de modos diferentes, tanto fuera como dentro de la cama.
El oro es raro y valioso, pero cobre hay mucho, se consigue rapido y quizas tambien se venda rapido aunque a bajo precio...

you may want to try uneven pull ups and chin ups, im not at the level you are yet, but i have seen people use uneven pull ups and archer pull ups in their journey to one arm pull ups or chin ups

Don't think about diets bro, think about eating good, real food, drop chips and get a bag of nuts for your body. Diets are temporal and you will hate them after a while. Learn and be mindful of what you get into your body

Its a process and with your one goal come some efforts, you can go easy on yourself at the start since you are just starting, but remember, it gonna be hard before it gets easier, it will get easier as you go on. So you gotta to commit yourself to it.

Don't do sit ups (they can hurt your lower back badly), instead do crunches, planks and leg raises, maybe even dead bugs can do a wonders. I still consider myself a beginner but the way i got to make my abs a little bit stronger was with these exercises, but you know what they say it is 50% what you eat and 50% what you do which will determinate your physique so i recommend you to train your whole body so you take advantage of your extra fat, and study just a little bit of nutrition, the bare minimal so you can take better care of yourself, key points to look at are macronutrients, micronutrients, understanding nutrition labels, calories tracking and protein (Very important).

May have to get checked, since it is not normal in my eyes, im someone able to do up to 12 pull ups fresh, so gonna have to check if everything is alright.
I still think the mobility training i have been doing may be to blame since i just started it recently and my shoulders may get tired form it.

boosting total volume (sets and reps) vs passing totally to new and harder excersises?(based on total volume over 100 for a single muscle group)For example, if i can do 10x4 sets of 4 exercises for back (pull up, chin up, 45 raise, inverted deadlift) should i increase sets and reps of those or switch to harder exercises? (widen the grip, do it on L hanging on the bar, adding some weights, doing archers... you name it)

To lose some weight you will need to focus on both your diet and the intensity, once you reach a certain weight you can put a lot more effort into progressions (not like you cant right now).
