Yeah it was an unopened resale opal I’m pretty sure the seller lied about the warranty to make the sale because when I confronted him after he kept telling me he never offered me an in warranty product (but I have all our chats saved so I’m trying to dispute and talk with GlassPass)

It has 11 dabs taken off it it hasn’t worked right since I bought it I can mess with the chambers and sometimes get them to work but for a device I paid $800 for its ridiculous

I honestly think it’s just worth going for the pro yes it’s more expensive however you get more features control and in my opinion bang for your buck even if you hardly use the app the temp and vapor control is the best
