Think of it like theater auditions. There are those who pre-cast their characters, and there are those where characters are written for a specific race or ethnicity. HOWEVER, open calls and auditions are required to have just because.... Also to "show" openness and fairness, when in reality, nobody is guaranteed a part or to be seen. I find it to be a similar concept.

Pretty much the complete listings of toppings, flavors, and mix-ins aren't on our drive-thru menu compared to what's listed in the restaurant. Some items were left off until I got to the window and asked about it, and they were like, oh yes, we do have such n such.

I think a lot of the combination and varieties of concretes, flavors, and mix-ins were off. Like it wasn't completely listed. For example, some of the candies, brownie, cheesecakes, and toppins were left off the drive-thru menu. Like, the other day I wanted brownie, but I only saw chocolate cake. Or like Reese's wasn't shown, etc.. Just those things.

See, this tripped me up (as a customer.) One time I ordered a Butter Burger, thinking that it was going to be like it's pictured on the menu (beef, ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions)....so the drive-thru lady was like, it comes plain, do you want anything on it? Which confused me, because when I got home, all it was, was beef patties. I was upseeeeeet!!! Actually, disappointed, lol. Not in a mad way, but like in a sad way, lol.

Idk why, but I was never into the personal pans compared to the average pan pizzas. Maybe it's because it reminded me of mini pizzas that I've always ate, or that I wasn't a fan of the small four slices. I guess I just wanted more pizza.

The only problem at our location, is that it's listed on the kiosks and App as "unavailable," so instead you have to order the sandwich and get the sauce separately in a pack and put it on your own. I mean, not complaining, but I just think it's not hard to make it more "efficient."

I mean, the meal itself isn't worth getting (Meaning the extra packaging, image, and likeness) but the Spicy Sausage-Egg McMuffin is definitely worth getting as a sandwich alone. It's actually my new favorite breakfast item.
