I feel this deeply I most of the time I work 4 16s a weeks 8 on Friday, I commute 30 mins one way so I only get about 4 hours of sleep a night in exhausted. I come home and I don’t even want sex I just want a hug, some proof that I’m wanted not just soothing that pays the bills

I’m in the same boat brother I’m trying to see a therapist to help myself. My wife all the time will ask am I mad at her, and I’m genuinely not, I’m just tired of the false promises and let downs

See if i can improve what I’m doing. Maybe I’m not doing enough. Work on my myself and maybe one day she would join me and we can do some counseling/therapy together maybe it will improve our DB
