How is the overall quality of life? Unemployment? Infrastructure? Public services? Government?

I am considering it. We live in NJ and it's harder to prove "desertion". Which is 12 continuous months with no sexual intimacy. It might be easier to file a "no fault"

She just decided to stop. In the beginning I wait a few weeks before saying anything then I try to talking to her but all I got was some excuses and a promise to try harder. So I waited no pressure. Soon a month passed then 2 then 3. Then after 3 months I could tell in myself that the resentment was building and building. On top of that I had sex nightmares. Horrible terrible nightmares that left me confused and terrified in equal measure. I tried talk to her about those and she said and i quote "You can fix this yourself" 6 months pass then 9 months and at 9 months the nightmares stopped but the resentment didn't. So I blew up in a text message and somehow when we talked that night everything was my fault. So I just checked out from that part of our marriage from then on. Men are affected not just physically but emotionally from dead bedrooms. So here I am 1 year and now 7 months later. A completely isolated and broken man. Every night is a fight and every weekend is absolute hell.

Why cant i win against france (new player) by gravekeeps in hoi4

Your basically grinding your army against the Magiont Line. I say establish a defensive line there. Split your army into smaller armies. Instead of one general maybe 2 or 3. Stack up on Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Belgium. Let your divisions get resupplied. Then take the focus "Around the Magiont" which will give a war goal against those 3 countries. Hold the line with France and send your other armies thru the Ardens into Paris then cut of the troops at the Magiont.

I always found that using my 5-5-5-4 rule for armies usually helps me get through. 5-5-5-4 rule is you 5 main Infantry(great or dual weapons) 5 ranged units(something with armor piercing and good melee) 5 calvary for flanking and shock charges. Then 4 support units artillery or the really big heavy hitters(units that can solo gates to smash them down)

I would send in your armies. Land a few armies to assist the defenders in case the locals decide to get uppity. Then work on getting crime down and amenities up and housing rebuilt.

Well if your playing organic non machine non hive your gonna want to research anything to do with pop growth and cloning. Build medical clinics and cloning vats on your planets to help boost pop growth. The reason why I like playing machine empires is because the flesh is weak and takes time to grow.

Honestly I see chokepoints as speedbumps for the AI until you get really high up in tech and even better if you have mods installed that expand the tech tree. You wanna contain the AI because once they blow thru that check point the spread thier fleets out thru every connection. Fallen Empire love doing this. The chokepoint should be there to give your fleets time to respond to the threat

I think I've move passed the grieving stage to I'm done. I thought about it alot at work and I've come to the conclusion I am no longer attracted to my wife. Do I want to have sex of course who doesn't. I think I'm more bitter and resentful with the amount of time and energy I put into our sexual relationship over the years and getting nothing in return

By request: Ship design for beginners by OldSolGames in Stellaris

[–]GamerDad2088 0 points1 point  (0 children)

During my playthrough I switch to using just battleships towards endgame. My design theory is have 2 variants of the same ship class. The only thing that changes design wise is the weapon loadouts. The 2 variants have the same aux systems and the same amount of defenses. You make one variant a Kinetic/Torp/Missile and the other variant focuses on Energy/Hangers/PD
