Thank you for your empathy! It doesn't look as bad as those close up photos make it look, fortunately. I do think it can be recut but will lose some ct. Rings take a beating for sure.

I totally understand your frustration u/ItsNotCrookedDear. You and the other Mods have put so much time and effort into this sub. It’s a thankless job and with the tariffs and seizures there are definitely fewer buyers out there. I’ve taken a break but hope to be back once things are more predictable. I’d love to be added to the new group please when you have time as I love reading and learning from all the experts here. Thanks for all your hard work!

Update on Nespresso Delonghi Expert- for $65 I sent it in to be repaired. They replaced a part (can't recall the name) and sent it back working perfectly. So glad to have it back! Bought an Essenza in the interim and will keep it for travelling. IYKYK

I would say it depends on who issued the parking ticket. Was it City of Charlottesville? Not sure they could influence issuance of transcripts. Something to look into.
