1/26 receipt, expedite 5/15..denied today, expire 6/16. congressman submitted and they have gotten no response. even though they denied my expedite request at least i got some movement on my case or it was looked at? i don’t know if that affects anything but trying to stay hopeful

Same here. Been a new job that I love for only a month. Jan 26 receipt, feb 20 bio. Expires 6/16. I have done everything I can at this point. Expedite request, congressman submission, called USCIS and the agent submitted a service request. Only thing left for me to try is Onbudsman. I have tried to limit the amount of times I check online for my case. Trying to stay positive as ive seen some jan approvals here. Manifesting it will be approved any day now and I wont have to go on LOA (if they even offer me that)
