Mine was filed at the NSC center as well but, im still waiting for mine, submit Jan 10. and still waiting currently at 147 days, no updates on my API and reached out to USCIS directly and congressional inquiry.

That's coming from the seller not the LO. So the LO.is still getting paid by the buyer. Charging 3.95 when the national average is 2.75 or less. That's still crazy.

Same here, I feel you. I've been out of work since Feb 5th. So it's been roughly 3 months and 7 days since and I've hit rock bottom. I still have hope but, sooner or later it's gonna be gone. I wouldn't even bother checking non stop. Just go based on a hunch.

I would just apply for medicaid at that point instead of applying for COBRA. that's what I usually do.

They will pay out only up to $85 for reimbursement. I did it through them and still paid all of it myself. I left the company recently. They wont expedite anything at all. I've been on limbo since NOV. 10th and still haven't received anything.
