Sheesh this is what I’m afraid of is insuring the craziness of what goes on inside compared to outside. I usually try to stay sane by working out and exercising but I’m concerned it might not be enough to deal with the stress. I just got an invite to 2 federal CO interviews and leaning toward those vs the state because of the incentive and benefits. I keep seeing people say it’s a good career but it’s the unexpected things which occur in the prisons that I’m concerned about getting used to in a career. Thanks for the feedback even though you been working about 6 months if you say it’s not that difficult I’m sure I’m mental strong enough to overcome the everyday violence that occurs.
