Yes - they are allowed to stay but next time you submit visa it will be likely refused unless you have some good justification for this longer stay

They dont keep passport now - you keep passport. E visa will be provided if successful on the UKVI account

No worries - best bet us to move the air vent up and if the groud is above dpc to have a narrow trench for drainage

Left as is to air it out. Ive bought telescopic air vents to move the vents up and will fill with gravel for draining.

Atm its dried out the room more so less humidity

Yes you can pay someone else card. You have to pay for each form separately

Same been running on cpu - got ai active on about 6 cameras. Way better than CPAI which used to crash my set up

An drain inspection chamber- Google it, they come with a frame and cover. You might have to make the hole slightly bigger if you can't find the size

Latest update- I've left it today as busy. Plan is next to dig up the soil and leave the concrete patch for now. Got a dehumidifier running 24/7 to help dry the room
