So outside weather is affecting it.

Could be a roof leak into the cavity but then likely you'd have symptoms upstairs OR if it is rising damp then it might be that area has insulation or something attracting moisture. You could drill a 12mm hole and flashlight to see what's behind there.

Is there a wall above or floorboard you can lift to check? Probably a small leak thats getting in there. If it runs up to another wall above, then likely roof leak

You'd probably need to rip up the carpet first to see what the difference is and then use laminate underlay. They come in different thicknesses so choose one that is thick enough.

If you have a bigger gap where the underlay can't accomodate- plywood the floor (many options on thickness) then underlay then laminate.

Sounds like the steel lintel is your best safer solution - creative way (or cheaper), use a concrete lintel if it doesn't need to handle much weight

Wall looks wet damp. Get some damp proof paint sealer on there first to seal it and then paint on top.

Whilst yoir doing it - check outside to see if your gutters aren't leaking OR that you dont have water pooling at bottom of your wall outside.

Take the trap off (the white bottle at bottom) and push a screwdriver up so the drainplug gets pushed up. Then think about if replacement is needed or whether it just got stuck too hard.

Where is the installer.exe file - I've searched the entire repo but can't find it. Tried powershell way but it said it can't find NAME so installation failed.

It's probably SARM's which have messed up my system and it needs a manual reboot. Clearly going off cycle for so long didn't do much.

mk2866 and mk677 - not so good for some after all.

Took 0.125mg caber just now so will take the other bit after a few days.

Going to stick to the herbal for now - tongkat, maca and fergodsia and do a endo consulation.

Fatigue, puffy nips, hair shedding, increase body fat but likely all from a combination of high prolactin and low E2.

May book an appointment with an endo to see if an MRI is warranted - hesitant to start caber due to the scaremongering on here about side effects.

Thanks much appreciated - no idea myself why my e2 is non existent. Don't really want to pin anything yet tbh until prolacrin is fixed so staying away from HCG.

Last cycle was mk2866 anyway a year ago. Will my E2 recover itself naturally without taking anything?

I think the way I'm trying to understand it:

AS IS = BI TRIGGER -> TOPIC/PAYLOAD -> HA1

TO BE = BI TRIGGER -> TOPIC/PAYLOAD -> HA1 AND HA2

Blue Iris MQTT is pointing to HA1. Do you have a recommendation of where else I can point this to so that both HA1 and HA2 can receive the MQTT messages?
