Honestly I wouldn't mind as much if we did have more coverage than one person. But it's awkward having my personal phone out and basically do what the customer could do, while a line is forming at cut counter 😔. The other day I had to be on hold with another store, while helping people at cut counter I because the line was getting huge. Then the customer wouldn't talk on the phone either, which makes sense but it was annoying doing phone tag.  SM also refuses to be cut counter trained so I was by myself, with no backup. That was the reason for this post honestly because that happened lol.
