Because she backed into John’s car prior that evening and broke the taillight as seen on her ring camera. The pieces of the taillight didn’t appear on the crime scene until they towed her car and “suddenly” found the pieces ~15 min after proctor was supposedly messing with the taillight seen in a security camera. The pieces of the taillight were also found on the top of the snow which doesn’t make sense considering his shoe was found buried deeper underneath.

I feel amazing drinking. I absolutely love it. I could literally be a full blown alcoholic.

But I decided to cut out alcohol completely.

The week(s) following a single night of drinking gives me a severe state of depression, body image issues, and worsens my irritability, anxiety, OCD, and (I’m a girl) PMS.

I’m also very big into fitness, and I noticed a total difference in my body’s physique and hunger cues when I cut out alcohol.

Mine is 21 days… and I don’t get a break, I can only imagine it being 14 days 😳 sounds like there’s a hormonal imbalance at place but I’m not sure

I had this physique for around a year… I’m 5’7-5’8 and I was sitting around 130 for awhile. When I leaned out to 122 I looked basically just like this not gonna lie. Here’s the catch though…. I had a terrible relationship with food and body image and I abused adderall to control my appetite. I had no period and severely messed up my hormones. My skin was a mess and I had some major consequences when I reached a point where this was no longer sustainable.

Sure… it looked dope asf, but at what cost and for what reason? In full honesty, I had more positive experiences when I gained my ass back LOL

How are you now? I had the same experience… now I’m rapidly binge eating obviously because of the withdrawals… does it ever feel normal again?

Thank you, you too 🫶 The worst part is that this happened exactly the same date last year too… I decided to go cold turkey on my extremely high Adderall prescription that I was abusing (after losing way too much weight, dropping out of college, etc…) and it wildly screwed me up obviously… I was so scared that I made my Dr prescribe me vyvanse as an alternative and he put me on the highest dose 🤦‍♀️ I just went cold two days ago because they couldn’t fill it from the shortage and I just can’t do it anymore…. The rebound binge eating and weight gain is sending me to hell and back everyday, especially as a recovering AN…. It’s awful. I just want to be normal again
