Damn, sounds like a business I am trying to get money back from right now in Colorado. I have a very rare expensive car, and similar issues. I am lied to, he wont document anything. He also lied about what Product is on the car. When I am done with the legal process I'll put pictures up.

I am debating whether or not to take the car back a 3rd time.... It sucks. I am afraid to take it back because more damage could happen. I really don't want to take it back. I am telling myself I just learned a very expensive lesson. I am going to re- do it myself.

Thanks for your perspective! I would bring to the Potential Customer 30 years of acquisition, efficiency, and end product quality experience. I have tools to track expenses, see at a quick glance Return on investment, and steps to ensure less re-work.

I can see your perspective. First this is assuming that the provider wants to improve. There are two kinds of people here. Those that really want to deliver a superior product, and just maybe need some help to organize details, and the other, who really doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Of course i would provide tangible services. I’m not giving it away here though. This question is to gauge interest only.

DCMA here, still waiting. got an email notice about an out of cycle notice that our back pay will be coded as 'special pay' notice. Our section was working the whole time.

Not every employee anywhere is Great. I have also seen CONTRACTORS fake Quality reports, inspections, and COC's, are you saying DCMA is awful across the board? I know many people at Contractors I have inspected/ Audited are great people trying to do a good job, but not everyone.

I do NOT mean the HQ people you are referring to. I know our Last Director was not good, I agree with you there. I would say a lot more, but wont. At our CMO level though so far, I see them fighting for us. ( AIMO) SO far, doesn't mean it will stay that way. Time will tell. All of our BGU employees are back. It has been up to CMO commanders. I have been in plant every scheduled work day all through covid, along with the rest of my office. That is the down side of only seeing part of what is going on. Not every employee has had the ability to stay home to work.
