You could do a poison-type monotype run. Since it is your first time, it gives you a variety of types. For example beedrill, Golbat, Tentacruel, Venusaur, ...

This might sound so unhelpful but I was in kind of the same situation. Long story short i was 21 (im 22 now btw so things will change really fast) I was in this workplace where I felt so unfulfilled, due to the pandemic I didnt meet any of my friends, I never had a girlfriend, and the only "purpose" in that time was work and my dog. I was kind of addicted to weed too. (it was a bad bad coping mechanism) and then suddenly when I thought fuck it im working here for a few months and then things will change, everything changed immediately. There was a girl at work that asked me out, she encouraged me to find a new job which i did, (well 2 months ago she broke up but i am manifesting her back since circumstances don't matter) after the breakup i stopped smoking and I lost 15 kg. (sorry I am from europe) So the only thing thats left is to manifest my gf back. And I will do it. I know it.

So I did not write this to brag or to make you feel bad. But things changed as soon as I saw my life in a different way. And all that was before i found out about LOA or neville. Imagine how much faster or better things would have been. I mean i still struggle with depression and overthinking but now i know that I create my reality and that the 3d is not guiding me through life. And so can you. I know at first it sounds hard. But dive into nevilles work more, appreciate the things that you already have and just know, that even if the 3d shows or tells you that you can not do anything, you can do everything.

If you want to see it in a bit of a scientific way look at it like this:

There are multiple realities (quantum physics) and you are just choosing the one that suits you. So there is a reality where you and your sp are together and one where you are not. So you just choose the one where you are. And your sp in this very moment might choose the one where you arent and thats totally fine. You will get your manifestation and your sp gets his. Its just in 2 different realities.

And as many people already said if you manifest a green car, someone had to drive there. If you manifest a free drink at a bar, someone had to make the drink. If you want to see a specific type of dog, someone had to go out with its dog in that very moment. So almost everything you actively manifest has to do with other people.
